However, a few days before the hotel stay, Gosplitty AND the hotel came through with a confirmation. The upscale (Place Vendom) hotel accepted the Gosplitty voucher. They are twisted, irresponsible, liars who will ruin your vacation and leave you stranded. DON’T book with this company - if anything goes wrong with your reservations they will leave out to figure it out yourself and you better have some extra dollars to find a new hotel and get home. After booking and staying at the hotel I received a bill for $99 from the hotel. They charged for parking and hotel blah, blah fee. The hotel's parking lot was always full, but there was plenty of parking space nearby. The room was modest, but a plus for the large balcony, daily cleaning, and small fridge. The breakfast was varied and good. Very few staff members spoke English; it was even difficult to communicate at the reception at times.

I was trying to book Hilton Waikoloa Village for thanksgiving night and everywhere the nightly rates were around $780-$800 plus taxes and fees. This one website shows me the rate of $170 and with taxes and resort fees came up to $220.
