It has steadily gotten worse so I stopped by the local Ford dealership on the way home this afternoon to have them listen to it. The service writer sent a tech out to check it out and he was "very familiar" with the problem.Is your ac coming out the defroster? Your problem might NOT be the blend door---the Temperature control on the dash board could have failed or you have have blown fuse in the blend door drive circuit.
