Initially I thought this was really high before going with this contractor, but GC assured me painter was the best and top quality stuff would be used. I didn't know any better and we started work. After looking back at the bid it states FLAT Promar 200/400 for walls and ceiling, but never specified which paint for the cabinets.

Both have antimicrobial properties and are thicker than 400. Promar 400 should only be used on ceilings. 200hp is better wall paint than solo while solo is good for trim, however for a repaint I personally would use Superpaint at a minimum. Regal Select is my favorite paint overall for repaints and I think is well worth the upgrade in price.
