id say its dead, most players don't play on main servers cs there very unsafe, and there mostly zombie players. Went on bo3 ps4 a few days ago and full of cheaters people using godmode zombies other hand still great. I can't seem to find multi player games except once in a blue moon.

I am in now guys, I did this: -Unpin Plutonium from your taskbar or start menu. -Close any Plutonium game running and close the launcher if it's running. -Pin plutonium.exe to your taskbar/start menu and start it. It then updates to the newer version and you can play online!
Both MW3 and BO2 are down for me on XB1. Guessing it's a CoD server problem. Thought it had something to do with MW3. Haven't bought it and heard nothing but bad reviews on it.
