I set up an account with Justfly. Asked for the notification of when airfare prices changed. I get a notification with a reasonable fare. I click on details and the price jumped over $100 above the notification price. To make matters worse i called them to ask about it and they hang up on me? Sounds like a scam site to me inspite of the reviews.

If you cancel with them for any reason within 24 hours you will be charged $75 dollars. If you google and read the complaints, alot of people are having issues with Justfly.com and their cancellation policy. Bottom line, I wished I had've googled and read reviews, I wouldn't be on this forum today. I should also add that their reviews elsewhere all are in the 4-5 range. So perhaps you should encourage others to leave a review on big consumer review sites like Yelp and Google. I cant help but think you have somewhat of a bias here as it sounds like you are in travel biz. Some comments on thsi forum could be toned in a friendlier manner.

I dislike the more than double the rate for seat assignment Justfly charges compared to the airline charges. That on top of the charge Justfly charges for the service. In total, the airline charges for 8 seats selection (two passengers, four flights round trip) $254. Justfly charges $335 more for that selection + $103 for the service.
