I have Delta Dental PPO and I’ve heard the same from my dentist’s receptionist. As for the implant, if you have the Delta Dental PPO (not Premier) plan, they cover 50% of the cost of the implant, up to a lifetime maximum of $2,500. It’s an excellent plan.
