As many have said, its pretty easy and straightforward to walk from Paris to Caesars. I would say it would take 15-25 minutes depending on your pace and/or throngs of people. If you can get out onto the street instead of weaving through the properties/casinos/whatnot, it will be a lot less convoluted and faster.

The spec of red premier and red luxury rooms seem to be identical, so the only difference may be the better view.
